📘 Bagaimana Nilai Insentif Dihitung?

Setiap nilai di tabel di bawah dihitung dengan 5 langkah berikut. Klik di kolom pertama tiap baris untuk melihat perhitungan lengkap per REP.

① Achievement per Produk (ACH)
ACH = Sales Value ÷ Plan Value
Contoh: Effient → Sales 1,847 ÷ Plan 450 = 4.1044 (410.44%)
② Point Contribution per Produk
Point_produk = ACH × Bobot_produk

Bobot per produk sesuai Scheme FY2026:

  • CNS: Symvenu 90% + Remleas 10%
  • EFFIENT: Effient 60% + Arixtra 40%
  • RD: Simponi 40% + Remicade 40% + Radicava 20%
  • CVM: Livalo 50% + Tanatril/Herbesser 50%
  • ANS: Marcain 30% + Xylocaine 30% + Naropin 20% + Total 20%
  • PAIN: Tarlige 100%
  • COMBO 1: 60% (Liv 40% + Tha 60%) + 15% (Eff 60% + Arx 40%) + 15% ANS + 10% Total
  • COMBO 2: 70% (Liv 40% + Tha 60%) + 20% (Eff 60% + Arx 40%) + 10% Total
Contoh: Effient ACH 410.44% × bobot 60% = 2.4626 (kontribusi point)
③ Total Point Achievement (semua produk dalam TA)
Total Point = Σ (ACH_produk × Bobot_produk)
Contoh EFFIENT: Point_Effient + Point_Arixtra = 2.4626 + 1.6400 = 4.1026 (410.26%)
④ Base Incentive (tergantung role)
Base Incentive = Total Point × Base Role

Base Role (per bulan) dari Incentive 2025 FORM:

  • MR = Rp 1.000.000 · AM = Rp 1.250.000 · SM = Rp 1.500.000
  • PM = Rp 1.500.000 · KAM = Rp 2.500.000
  • HSD = Rp 6.000.000 · MD = Rp 6.000.000 · MSHQ = Rp 8.000.000 (flat)
Contoh (MR EFFIENT): Point 4.1026 × Rp 1.000.000 = Rp 4.102.667
⑤ Komponen Tambahan (Excess, Growth, Listing, Catch-Up)
Total Incentive = Base + Excess + Growth + Listing + KPI + Correction + Catch-Up

Excess Box (hanya RADICAVA & TARLIGE):

  • Radicava: 1-3 box @130K · 4-7 box @195K · >7 box @292,5K (flat rate × total box)
  • Tarlige: 1-10 box @50K · 11-20 box @75K · 21-30 box @125K (max 30, incremental)

Catch-Up (ACH bulanan ≥ 100%): Quarterly base × 3 − sudah dibayar

Contoh Tarlige 5 box: 5 × Rp 50.000 = Rp 250.000 (excess)
